New Era Facility Services has commenced a new hospitality partnership in South Australia, supporting Bath Hotel, Hyde Park Tavern and The Grange Hotel across Adelaide.
The three venues add to an already established South Australian operation, with New Era now supporting more than 60 venues across the Adelaide region.
South Australia continues to be one of our strongest operating regions, and the growth of the portfolio has been supported by continued investment in local management, supervision, systems and on-the-ground resources.
Three new venues across Adelaide
The new partnership includes three well established Adelaide hospitality venues:
- Bath Hotel
- Hyde Park Tavern
- The Grange Hotel
Our South Australian state management and regional teams managed the transition across the three venues, establishing the local service teams and putting the ongoing management structure in place from commencement.
Mobilisation and the first week of service
Part of the initial mobilisation included deep cleaning works during the first week, completed alongside the start of the ongoing service programme. The images in this article were taken during that work at Queens Head Hotel and show the type of hands-on cleaning involved in bringing a venue up to standard.
Floors, bar areas, back of house and amenities were all worked through before the venues moved into their regular schedules. The focus was simply to make the transition straightforward for the venue teams and to ensure each site started at the standard we intend to maintain.
Detail cleaning and presentation standards
In hospitality, presentation is judged in the details. Glass, mirrors, fixtures and guest-facing surfaces set the impression a venue leaves with its customers, so those areas receive specific attention during both mobilisation and ongoing service.
Building a stronger South Australian operation
New Era's presence in South Australia has grown considerably over the past few years, and our Adelaide operation is now a well established part of the business.
Today, our local teams support more than 60 venues across the Adelaide region, spanning hospitality, commercial facilities and other operating environments. As that portfolio has grown, we have continued to invest back into the operation through local management, regional support, supervision capacity and the systems that sit behind day to day service.
For clients, the benefit is that management remains local. Our South Australian team is close to the venues, understands the operating environment and can respond directly when support is required.
Maintaining standards across the whole venue
The areas guests rarely think about still shape how a venue presents. Amenities, ledges, vents, partitions and high-level detail work are built into the service programme rather than treated as occasional tasks.
Each venue still needs its own team, its own management attention and a service programme that reflects how that particular site operates. The wider New Era structure provides the systems, reporting and support behind the service, while our local South Australian team remains responsible for delivering it on the ground.
With Bath Hotel, Hyde Park Tavern and The Grange Hotel now mobilised, our focus is on building the partnership over time and continuing to support each venue consistently. These partnerships reflect ongoing demand across the hospitality sector, and we are proud of the operation our South Australian team continues to build across Adelaide.
