Reported as landfill

New Era worked with the Night Feast team and specialist waste partners to implement a structured back-of-house waste system across the 2025 event.

A four-stream approach, planned bin placement and disciplined on-site sorting supported the recovery of organics, paper and cardboard, waste oil and dry waste. The result was 16.43 tonnes of reported event waste diverted from landfill.

The outcome demonstrates the importance of combining careful planning with consistent back-of-house execution throughout live event operations.
