New Era does not treat sustainability as a separate marketing programme. It is considered through the way we select products, plan services, train teams, manage waste and review how work is delivered.
We recognise that no single change solves everything and that every facility operates differently. Our approach is to work with clients and teams to identify practical improvements that can reduce unnecessary consumption and waste without compromising hygiene, safety or presentation.
It is an ongoing process—making sensible changes, reviewing the results and continuing to improve over time.

Selecting lower-impact products where suitable, using accurate dilution and dosing, reducing unnecessary chemical use and reviewing the equipment and methods used across each site.

Events and major venues
Planning waste streams, supporting vendors, managing live-event separation and reviewing diversion outcomes after each event.

Training teams, reviewing resource use, improving purchasing decisions and working with external programmes to identify practical changes within New Era's own operations.

Much of our environmental influence comes from everyday operational choices. Product selection, dilution, reusable systems, equipment use, service frequencies and consumable controls can all affect how many resources a site uses.
Where appropriate, New Era reviews these decisions with clients and operational teams to identify improvements that remain practical for the environment being serviced.
